The employees are understanding and polite. The location is favourable and excellent, fast to get there from DXB airport. Plus, it's in Business Bay district, not far from the Burj Khalifa, the beach and Dubai mall and a metro and showers.

Breakfasts were nice.
The place was pretty standard and modern and restaurant was comfy. The room was brand-new with 2 bedrooms, a roll-away bed, for example, had everything we wanted. A wide range of food for breakfast, it was outstanding. The stay was really really nice because of the particularly good and stunning location of the property. The hotel was a chilled-out base for enjoying a good area.

It was fairly clean, everyone was really kind and very good. The breakfast was good with many options to choose from and hashbrowns, as for instance to choose from. The setting was perfect, so close to including the Burj Khalifa, and the Dubai Mall.

Great that they have wheelchair accessible rooms with 2 bedrooms separate, a washing machine, for instance; everyone is welcome here. I got exceptionally nice breakfasts with hashbrowns and many options to choose from, for example. Good location, the free parking was available. The excellent service and the attention to detail!

Overall clean place accompanied by well-trained and extremely helpful staff. With early check-in and late check-out, this hotel was nicely decorated. Perfect and magnificent location in the center of Dubai, easy to get around. And really close to the bus station and public areas.

The rooms were wonderful and huge, had hair dryers, bathrobes and shower caps. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with feather pillows.

The location is favourable, 3 miles from a downtown mall. The breakfasts are exceptionally nice with many options to choose from and also hashbrowns. Staff is fairly friendly and affable and you can park your car on site. Will come back, when I stay in Dubai.
